Alicia Raftis forms part of the Port Capacity Project team at the Port of Melbourne Corporation that is responsible for the delivery of the current major State Government project to provide additional terminal capacity in the Port of Melbourne. The project includes a $1.6 billion major expansion of the port; including the development of a third container terminal, purpose built automotive facility at Webb Dock and an infrastructure upgrade at Swanson Dock.

Prior to Alicia’s employment at the Port of Melbourne Corporation in 2010, she had extensive, Acquisition, Project, Asset and Property Management experience. This extended across both private and government sectors and has included the broad portfolio’s of water and sewer infrastructure, rail, commercial CBD towers, retail and general industrial .
