National responsibility for all aspects of Australand’s retail business including capital transactions, development structuring, management and delivery, and asset management.
Specific project responsibility has included:
– Development and completion of the Watervale Shopping Centre www.shopatwatervale.com.au commencing with securing the rezoning of the site from residential to business.
– Development and completion the Springhill Shopping Centre www.shopatspringhill.com.au commencing with securing the rezoning of the site from residential to business.
– Development and completion of the retail component of Australand’s landmark project, 357 Collins Street www.australand.com.au/357collins/Retail
– Extension, refurbishment and repositioning of the Healesville Walk Shopping Centre and sale of the asset in mid 2013.
– Development of The Ponds Shopping Centre including securing the rezoning of the site to business in March 2013.
– Development, leasing and sale of the retail component of Australand’s Discovery Point landmark mixed use project.
– Development of the Clemton Park Village Shopping Centre, a component of the landmark mixed use project, Clemton Park Village, a joint venture between Australand and LaSalle Investment Management.
– Development of the initial masterplan in preparation for statutory approvals and development of the Shell Cove Town Centre, part of the Shell Cove master planned estate, a joint venture between Australand and the Shellharbour Council.
